This week I had the pleasure of teaching in Burra at Sew Delightful. With Deb- Sew Delightful owner hosting the workshop and me as the teacher, the ladies got to choose their 3 Yard Quilt book and the pattern they wanted to make and go for it. You can buy the 3 Yard Quilt book through Cynthia’s Ark, in store and online. We had a variety of patterns selected from a few different books, throw in a large variety of fabric we were going to end up with a great mix of quilts.
The ladies busy cutting their quilts out. In between, chatting, cutting, eating freshly baked scones, coffee, we did get a lot of cutting and sewing done over the day.
Some progress snapshots, so you can see the variety of fabrics and patterns selected. By the end of the day we had one quilt top finished and a few more close to being finished, which is great.
I look forward to see the other ones completed soon. I can see me back at Sew Delightful teaching another one of these workshops in the future. In the meantime I will be back in Burra at Sew Delightful for my Anything Goes Retreat in March which is full and then Deb and I are teaming up again for the Tilda Retreat at the end of March, which may be full, but check with Deb at Sew Delightful. She is handing all the bookings.
Until Next Time Keep Stitching
