When placing an order online with Cynthia’s Ark please remember the following:
1. When ordering fabric it is priced in 10 cm increments so 10 cm equals 1. Minimum cut is 20 cm = 2 unless it is on a super special then the minimum cut is 50 cm (5).
2. Please double check your order as you go through the checkout.
3. Block of the Months generally run for 12 months and you are commiting for the whole 12 months unless otherwise stated. A cancelation fee will be charged if you no longer want to continue. This fee will depend on the BOM/Fabric you are canceling.
3.1-Credit Card Payments is the only payment method we accept due to adminstration cost of other method. The same applies to Fabric and Thread Clubs too.
4. On receiving your order please check that it is correct. Any issues please contact us with 24 hours of receiving your order via email or phone. We are only human and mistakes can happen.
4.1. If parcel is damaged please contact us immediately for further instructions.
4.2.If we have made the mistake we will supply the correct item at no charge and refund postage cost of returned item once we received the item as long as you have followed our instructions.
4.3.If you have ordered incorrectly we will exchange or refund your money on the return of the item in good conditions but not cover the extra postage. If the item has been opened and is not in resellable condition or damaged on return refunds will not be given.
