October’s Workshops

As the end of the year is fast approaching us, here is what is on during October. There is still time to get in and learn something new.

I have 2 spots open for the Sunday session of Project Uninterrupted on the 2nd October. This is our sit and sew session. $15 per session 10am-2pm.

I have one spot open for our Anything Goes Retreat at Sew Delightful in Burra. The dates are 11th-13th October and is $350 which includes your accommodation and meals. If you haven’t been yet this is the perfect getaway and work on your unfinished projects or start something new. Please contact the shop asap for more details.

On the 23rd October we are have our Stash Busting Party Workshop. We are going to bust out our scraps and use them up in four patch blocks. This will be a lot of fun and I am sure there will be some material trading happening. Don’t worry if you feel you don’t have enough scraps, we can fix that from the shop scrap box. You will be surprised what you will find in there. This is a great beginner’s workshop. $60 workshop fee which includes the pattern and access to the shop scrap box. 10am- 3pm.

Lastly I have one spot left for our Fish Ladders workshop on Sunday 30th October. This is a Quiltworx project and would be a great introduction to the Quiltworx technique. There are a number of ways to play with this design and I couldn’t help myself.

Workshop fee is $60, pattern book and papers $80. This project is just one project in the book. 10am- 4pm.

That is the wrap for October’s workshops and I would like to remind everyone check out the workshop calendar on the website here and book early to secure a spot in our workshops. Most of our workshops fill fast, as you can see there is generally 1 or 2 spots available in few workshops as we approach the beginning of each month.
