We are at the beginning of October and it’s time to set a new monthly goal. I kept changing my mind over the last couple of days which project I want work on as this month goal.

In the end I decided on this one, since I am close to finishing it.

Not the best picture because of it’s size.

This quilt as you goes project is a few years old. I did some work on it during September when I was on retreat, but ran out of the sashing fabric. So it wasn’t finished.

This month I have one block to quilt and then I can put the last row together. Then that row will join the halves together, leaving binding to complete the project. I better pick something out for the binding when I cut the rest of the sashing strips.

I have linked my post with Elm Street Quilts goal setting post, so pop over and check out what everyone is working on.

Until Next Time Keep Stitching

  1. It will be good to tick this off the list. The colours are lovely and you don’t have to quilt it once the blocks are together. Win, win.
